YOUNG AT HEART - Mother's Day Celebration
Come help us celebrate a very important holiday for all of us - Mother’s Day! Let’s
honor, first of all, our Blessed Mother Mary, and all mothers, grandmothers, godmothers, or those who are like a Mother to us. Come join us on
Wednesday, May 11 at St. Martha’s Family Life Center for our
Mother’s Day celebration. Bingo begins at 11 am, followed by lunch and
fellowship that ends at 1:30 pm. This luncheon will be our last one before the summer break. We will begin again in September. If you are new to our community or have
never been, try us out. Bring a friend and join the fun! If transportation is
needed, contact Domenica Seitz at 713 899-1016. If you have any
questions, please call Nancy Karpinski, 713 594-4430.
YOUNG AT HEART LUNCHEON TRANSPORATION : The seniors are picked up between 10:15 to 10:40 to arrive before the start of the luncheon at 11 am. They are then picked up between 1:50 to 2 pm and returned to their homes.

Senior Education: Email and Phone scams (Phishing)
• Are you receiving a lot of authentic-looking emails from banks or on-line service accounts (e.g., Amazon, Pay Pal)? They typically indicate that your account has been locked due to suspicious activity; they want you to respond by giving them information to “unlock” your account. If you hover your cursor over the sender e-mail, it might read something like Chase@johntsmith.com
Notice that the sender’s email address often contains a personal name. The banks or personal services will NEVER send you emails like this. The sender is fishing (spelled phishing) to try to get you to “bite”. Immediately delete or block them in your junk mail response option.
