SUNDAY Life Nights will begin on Sunday, October 10 in the FLC on the Faith Formation Campus (3702 Woodland Hills Dr.) from 6:15-8:15pm and will include dinner 6:15-6:45pm.
ONE absence per semester

There are not any available Life Night make-ups. It is experiential and your presence matters.

There will be quality make up work for the candidate to do with their sponsor to turn into me by the next Wednesday Session.

Complete 12hrs of Community Service with St. Martha’s
We would like you to complete hours through the ministries at St. Martha’s, to discover the ways the Lord might be calling you to serve in His Church.
There will be various opportunities to serve throughout the year. Please see bulletin for list of ministries that might interest you, contact the ministry leader to see how you may serve in our parish.
Where do you find joy? That is a secret to how the Lord may be calling you to serve.
Here are some upcoming events:
St Martha/HAAM Food distribution Tuesday, November 2nd 2021 between 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Volunteers can come for as many hours as they want. Need volunteers early in the morning for set up, then, for food distribution, and then for cleanup.
Road to College – November TBA
Sharing Sunday - December 11 & 12. All weekend masses
Nino Jesus. Saturday, December 18th at Dogwood Elementary School. We typically meet at St Martha parking lot at 9:00 AM and return by 1:00 PM
Rice Bowl Fundraiser 2022. Sunday, February 27, 2022. This is the Sunday before Ash Wednesday.
HAAM Food distribution 2022: March, May, and November 2022. Dates TBA.
Classroom Angel – supports catechist in the Family Catechesis setting once monthly on Sunday mornings (10:30am)
Classroom Angel – supports catechist in the CCE classroom on Wednesday nights (once a week, 6:30pm)
Children’s Liturgy Angel / Helper – helps with children during 9am mass for Children’s Liturgy
Event Volunteer— help as needed at Sunday Connection, first Sunday of Month (set up, clean up, activity help, etc.); Once a month – Church Campus
Event Volunteer— help as needed at Family Catechesis, last Sunday of Month (set up, clean up, activity help, etc.); Once a month – Faith Formation Campus
Event Volunteer— help as needed at Faith Formation Homeschool/Sacrament Meetings, 8-10 times throughout the year on Sunday mornings or Wednesday evenings (set up, clean up, activity help, etc.) – Faith Formation Campus

Choose a Sponsor
Candidates will select a Catholic Role Model called their Sponsor to journey with them to the Sacrament of Confirmation and for the rest of their lives. This person will ideally be able to accompany our Candidates most importantly in daily prayer, time, support and once a month for our Wednesday Sessions. At the Confirmation Mass they place their right hand upon the right shoulder of the Candidate, symbolizing their important role of accompaniment of our Candidates upon their spiritual journey.
