What is Life Teen?
Life Teen is an international organization dedicated to strengthening our teens’ Catholic identity while rooting them firmly in Christ and his Church.
At St. Martha, Life Teen is open to all high school teens, meets on Sunday evenings during the school year, and is where the catechetical formation (CCE) for high school students takes place.
Any student beginning the preparation process for Confirmation will spend their first year (the Discipleship Year) attending Life Teen, developing a firm foundation in their faith before moving on for direct preparation for Confirmation in their second year.

When is Life Teen? Sunday evenings during the school year, from 6:45pm – 8:15pm.
Dinner is served before each Life Night around 6:15pm.
Where is Life Teen? The Family Life Center (FLC), which is located on our Woodland Hills Faith Formation Campus at 3702 Woodland Hills Drive, Kingwood, TX 77339.
What happens at Life Teen?
At our Sunday gatherings (called Life Nights), teens have the option of eating dinner when they arrive. The rest of the night is meant to follow the structure of the Mass in a way that will allow the teens to encounter Christ and learn about their faith, and then live it out. There are four parts to a Life Night:
